Then final wave will be 20k riders starting at 7:36am. 100k/60k riders you will self select where you should be in first two waves. 20k must start in 3rd wave.
-
Course tweaks- Nothing has changed on the 2025 maps this is just and FYI on the 100k change. Instead of going down Blind springs this year we will drop into valve until Windego and come out at South fork before heading back to Westfork aid. For all distances we will head up cusick road(double track) instead of Bump trail at the beginning of race to allow passing early on in race which will be great for everyone.
-
Race briefing- We will post a race briefing video on social media asap, please view that video. Race morning very quick race brief at 7am.
-
Race day weather- The weather looks to be amazing. A few scattered showers this week will be fantastic for trails, and the 70-75 degree Saturday forecast should make for great riding conditions. We have put in countless hours into trail maintenance this year, we hope you love it:) When you get to the PINK GATE prepare to smile from ear to ear!!!
-
Race Sponsors- A big thank you goes out to all of our partners, the Poky Fall Ultra could not happen without them!
-
Trail work/Maintenance: 60 miles of trails is a lot to cover! We do this every year on our own dime. If you able to help us on trail work days we would love it, if you're not consider donating to our trail efforts. It takes a massive amount of time and resources to cover these fantastic trails.
-
Aid Stations- Aid stations will be every 10-12 miles. You will hit Gibson Jack 2 times, Westfork 2 times, and the 100k you will hit and additional east fork aid 2 times. These will be Completely stocked with nutrition, snacks, drinks and our wonderful volunteers. 20k riders you will have 1 aid station at mile 8 which will be at the top of mushroom and city creek road.
-
Drop Bags- If you plan on using a drop bag bring to registration. Drop bags will go to Westfork aid only. You will mark your bag with your name and bib number so that volunteers can grab speedily as you arrive.
-
KIDS RACE- Kids race will be in centennial park at 10:30am! Please try to have them there 15 minutes early. We will send them on a short, fun, flowy, slightly challenging course and celebrate their success with a medal around their neck!
-
FOOD- All racers will have an unbelievable meal prepared by Chef Aaron Gailey. But this year we will also have food for free for your family and support group:) We will have Holy Smokes BBQ doing pulled pork sandwiches that will keep your support group fueled up and ready to cheer you on. This will be provided at centennial park.
-
Human Bean will be providing your morning drink of choice pre race and also after the race pick me up for free. Please say thank you to them as this is such a great service for our race.
-
Wright Physical Therapy will have a recovery booth for all racers upon finish. You won't regret stopping in:) They do an incredible job.
No crazy rides this week:) Rest those legs and be ready to ride! We cannot wait to see and cheer everyone on. We will be waiting for you at the finish line with a cold drink, cold towel, and a medal around your neck!
